When booking an appointment, you are accepting these terms and conditions - Cancellations are only accepted via phone calls, and under no condition via texts or emails.
All patients will have to respect those conditions in order to be able to book another appointment - No further appointment will be booked if due fees are not paid.

Exception would be made under your practitioner’s discretion in conditions such as:
Emergencies (personal or family)
Circumstances out of the patient’s power (Traffic accident/TFL strike/etc)
If a reschedule is possible in the same day
